Vodacom Na ndenge na yo is a service provided by Vodacom DRC which allows Customers to purchase smartphones through payments in installments, rather than paying the full price in advance. The Customer can pay for the device through MPESA over a maximum period of 24 months.
Any Vodacom whitelisted Prepaid customer qualifies for Na ndenge na yo devices.
To collect an Na ndenge na yo phone, customers should visit Authorized shops with only these two requirements: • A valid DRC National ID/Electoral card/driver’s license • Deposit amount of the device that the customer wishes to pick.
A customer pays for their Na ndenge na yo device using, USSD *1482#, My MPESA app the Na ndenge na yo App on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Yes, a customer can make as many installments as they wish on the Na ndenge na yo service.
A customer’s device will lock if they have not paid the required Na ndenge na yo installments in time to unlock the phone. A customer must always make Na ndenge na yo installment payments before the next due date to prevent their phone from locking. To unlock a device, the customer should make payments for the 1-day, 7-days or 30-days unlock package using the Na ndenge na yo mobile app, MPESA and USSD.
To make payments, a customer should use the Na ndenge na yo mobile app, MPESA and the USSD *1482#. The customer should log in to their Na ndenge na yo mobile app, select PAY and select the Na ndenge na yo installment that they wish to pay for and confirm. The same can be done on the USSD.
A customer should log in to the Na ndenge na yo Mobile app to see the balance that they will need to pay to finish paying off their phone. The Mobile app will display the number of days that the installments have been done and the total number of days remaining to be paid to complete the purchase.
The Na ndenge na yo App is free of data cost. The customer is not charged when they use Na ndenge na yo App on their phone. To access the service, they need to TURN ON MOBILE DATA on their phone with a Vodacom sim card inside, or connect to WIFI or hotspot.
Every Na ndenge na yo phone is tied to a customer’s National ID. A customer can only have one active Na ndenge na yo phone under payment at any time. Upon completion of payment, the customer can then be issued with another Na ndenge na yo phone.
The list of devices available on Na ndenge na yo are listed on the Onfon Mobile’s Na ndenge na yo Sales portal. The variety of phones available may change from time to time.
If a customer loses their Na ndenge na yo phone before completing payment, they should call Vodacom Customer support on 1111 IMMEDIATELY to have the phone blocked. The customer will be required to clear the outstanding balance associated as in the terms and conditions of the service.
Warranty applies to Na ndenge na yo phones as per the Vodacom’s warranty policies.
